  1. How do I get an estimate from you?

    You can either request an estimate from our website or contact us and ask to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To help you gather the necessary information to get a quick and accurate estimate, please reference our Project Specifications Guidelines.

  2. How can I customize my direct mail project to create a more personalized experience with my customer?

    With digital on-demand technologies you can turn any project into a customized one-to-one experience with your end user. Depending on the sophistication of your databases, variable data technology allows you to customize each piece – from an end user's name highlighted on a direct mail piece to image or content customization. So, forget about the days of “spray and pray” mail campaigns and contact us to learn how this technology can truly complement any marketing strategy and ultimately increase your ROI.

  3. What's the most effective way to set up my files for print?

    To help you effectively set up your files, please reference our File Preparation Guidelines. If your team is not equipped with the technology or just doesn’t have the time to set up your files or make the necessary pre-production changes, our graphic design and pre-production department can help!

  4. What file formats do you accept?

    • Adobe PDF – A high quality, print-ready PDF set up with crop marks, bleed and fonts embedded in the document. Images should be CMYK and 300dpi. Logos should be outlined and in the correct PMS color.
    • Adobe Creative Suite / QuarkXpress – Include all images files (TIFF, EPS, etc.) any links and profiles, and all screen and printer fonts.
    • Microsoft Office file and other files – Convert to PDF prior to submission.

  5. Once my files are ready how do I submit them?

    You can send your print-ready files one of the following ways:

    1) Website: Upload a file directly from our website.
    2) Email: If your files are not too big for email, please send them directly to the Customer Service Representative you are working with.
    3) FTP: Upload your files to our FTP site. We also offer private FTP sites with secure usernames and passwords, if you require.

  6. How do I pick which paper to use for my project?

    Understanding paper is more complicated than most people think – but choosing one for your project doesn’t have to be a daunting task. Our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will be able to provide you with suggestions and samples based on your project’s specifications.
    Specially, for digitally printing, we have a comprehensive suite of high-quality, cost effective paper options that are appropriate for any project.   7. What type of proofs do you provide?

    A proof is a one-off copy of your document after all modifications and printing setup processes have been completed. It is your last and best opportunity to confirm your project will come out they want you want it. We can provide a PDF or hard copy proof (digital or match prints, depending on the printing process). By carefully inspecting the proof you can help ensure accurate delivery of your project.

  8. Once I approve an estimate and submit my documents, how long will it take to finish my job?

    Some projects can be completed same day, while others may take several days depending on their complexity and size. We always strive to provide an accurate turnaround time with the estimate so from the start we can work together to ensure that your project is completed when you need it.
